The Prescriptions desk is open Monday—Friday 09:00 — 12:00 and 14:00 —17:00.

Requests for repeat prescriptions should be made two working days (48 hours) in advance. 

We have two Repeat Prescribing Lines available between 09:00 – 17:00 Monday to Friday.  The numbers are: 02890 608582 & 02890 608602. Patients must leave a clear and concise list of medication they wish to order or the request will be rejected.  Please note the repeat prescribing lines will only operate during working hours.

Due to Covid-19 it is necessary that patients have a designated pharmacy where possible to collect their prescriptions directly from the surgery.  This reduces the footfall in the practice and reduces the risk of infection to patients, their families and our staff.

Acute prescriptions such as antibiotics, medication that hasn’t been issued in the past 6 months or on as repeat, irregular medication, medication queries should be made through the receptionist.  The receptionist is unable to deal with repeat prescription requests on this line and will redirect you to the repeat prescribing line.

Hospital prescriptions  will be issued within 48 working hours. Staff are available for URGENT calls ONLY  between 12.30 – 14:00 and 17:30 – 18:00 daily however they will not accept any calls that are not deemed to be URGENT .
